Andrew Rich Founder & CEO
In 2002, Andrew Rich launched Quikteks to help NJ and NYC small to medium sized business owners solve IT support issues at reasonable rates. In his early years he worked on Deutsche Bank’s help desk where he learned to solve large company technology problems while supporting individual users worldwide. He later held executive sales positions at both Rivals.com and Advanced Internet where he received awards for both revenue generation and client retention. He continues to stay at the forefront of SMB market trends to ensure area business owners can benefit from homegrown personal attention, quality service and enterprise level knowledge and support. Andrew actively supports the Wounded Warrior Project, the Green Beret Foundation, Cycle for Survival, and The Last Resort Animal Rescue. Quikteks is located in Northern New Jersey, where Andrew grew up and where he now resides with his wife, two children and two rescue dogs.
Nick Tammaro Vice President of IT Services
Nick joined Quikteks during its start-up phase in 2002. He was eager to be a part of a trailblazing IT venture, after previously holding leadership roles in the business technology sector, most notably with Ricoh Business Systems. Plus, Andrew and Nick are longtime friends, and they both knew that no two guys would work harder to make Quikteks a success. Nick’s key responsibilities include new customer acquisition, project management, client services, and customer retention and satisfaction. Today, Quikteks is a trusted IT services partner of hundreds of New Jersey and New York small businesses. Quikteks customer feedback is a testament to Nick’s thorough knowledge of all things IT, and his sincere desire to help others. “What makes Nick stand out from the rest is his ability to understand a client’s needs and come up with solutions which are unique. He is willing to think outside of the box and align himself with strong partners who share the same passion for customer service.” Nick grew up on Long Island, but he has called New Jersey home since 1998. He is married with two children. A self-proclaimed sports fanatic, Nick coaches and participates year-round in football, basketball, and baseball.
John Lamb Helpdesk Manager
Jonathan is our resident problem-solver extraordinaire. If a client needs support, Jon and his team can be reached via phone, email, voice mail, or fax. Jon will ensure that the incident is addressed quickly, along with deploying a technician if necessary. No matter what your IT IQ is, he’s great at taking even the most complex technical information and explaining it in a way that is easy to understand. He strives to resolve all issues promptly, so small business owners can get back to being productive and profitable. He was introduced to computers at a young age and has had an immense interest in IT ever since. He graduated top of his class from Chubb Institute in 2006 and, after 2 years with St. Barnabas, joined Quikteks in early 2008. Jon calls northern New Jersey home and lives here with his wife. When not working, he enjoys spending time socializing with his wife and friends.

We have had several IT companies before Quikteks so we definitely can give an honest opinion. We have experienced a very high quality of care and expertise as well as a partnership approach. We recently moved to a new location and they were with us every step of the way. The owner, Nick Tammaro, personally came to sit in on meetings with the GC to make sure everything on the IT side was going right. He went out of his way to supply us with data techs to rewire a few temp offices so we had no down time. His staff is always available and work tirelessly to resolve issues as well as being proactive to reduce unforeseen problems. I would highly recommend them.
